Cruising to the Bahamas: March 2026 memories
Join Jamie and Rhiannon Shelley from Journey Jotter as we recount our unforgettable spring break cruise to the Bahamas. From vibrant parties to relaxing beach days, discover why this trip was the perfect family getaway.

Sun, fun, and family time
Our March 2026 cruise to the Bahamas was more than just a trip; it was a celebration! We set sail for spring break, marking our son's senior trip with friends by our side. Escaping the Indiana cold for some fun in the sun was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was incredible, filled with laughter and memorable moments. From an unexpectedly engaging art exhibit with unlimited champagne to dressing up for an epic 80s night on the Lido Deck, every moment was pure joy. We even got professional pictures taken, capturing our fantastic 80s gear before dancing the night away to classic hits.

Who would love this cruise?
Carnival cruises, especially those to the Bahamas, are perfectly designed for families. They can be lively, crowded, and a bit crazy at times, but that's part of the fun! We absolutely love the vibrant atmosphere. Whether we've traveled as a couple or with our family, we've had an equally amazing time. These cruises truly offer the best of all worlds: relaxing beach days, exciting sightseeing in new destinations, delicious food (from casual to fine dining), and incredible entertainment. There's something for everyone to enjoy!
